Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your parcel being received.
Please email info@rostombyfifi.com to arrange a return.
Garments must be returned in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. If a return isn't valid then the item will be returned to you and a refund will not be offered.
Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

Full Priced Items:

All full priced items are eligible for a refund or credit note.
The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges.
Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order
Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be
repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
We will refund your postage cost if the item is faulty.

Made to Order:

Made To Order products can be exchanged for a different size only. We cannot offer a return as the garments are made one-off especially for you.
Orders must be exchanged within 7 days of your parcel being received.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. If our team does not deem the item in its original condition, the garment will be sent back to you and no return will occur.
No cancellations or changes can be made to your made to order item once the order has been confirmed.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible. If we do not have your requested size in stock, then we will need to begin the production process again. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this exchange process.

Faulty Items:

We apologise in advance if your garment is not perfect! Please email us at info@rostombyfifi.com as soon as you receive your order with a brief description of the fault and we will resolve any issues asap. Faulty garments can be repaired or a refund will be offered.
